Batching Systems, Inc. (BSI) has been engineering, manufacturing, and integrating packaging lines for over 30 years holding seven patents for counting, batching, and feeding a wide range of products. We manufacture a full line of Batchmastercounters, Weighmaster weighers, Bagmaster V/F/F/S Flat stock and C-fold stock baggers. BSI offers full turn-key integration solutions utilizing our patented counters, weighers, and baggers or other type or brand baggers, box handling equipment, blister carousel, clamshell system, carton systems, and bottle/jar handling equipment. We specialize in Kit Packaging Systems combining multiple counters and weighers with highspeed indexing bucket conveyor with V/F/F/S baggers to produce kit assembly bags. Our kit packaging systems are 2 to 3 times faster than other brands while providing high count accuracies with more versatility in product size and shapes. Our modular designs allow our equipment to be easily added to existing packaging lines or to be used individually, allowing customers to expand an existing system as their business grows or reconfigure them to meet new packaging requirements. New for 2024 are several updated versions for the Batchmaster Belt Feed Bag counter for counting filled bags into bulk boxes. This system can easily integrate to any bagger system. We have also have a new pipe fitting feeding system that cingulates and orients parts for barcoding, inspection, and counting into bulk bags, boxes or containers. New for the Weighmaster is our new FAW-TR (Tray feed with Remote Load cell). This high speed precision bulk feed weighing system is ideal for filling keg boxes or large tubs with washers, nuts, bolts, screws, and other items ranging from #4 washers to 1"x4" long product. The FAW-TR can produce 35 pound batches at 360 batches per hour with no under weighs and less than 1% giveaway.
