Brevetti Angela is the Italian manufacturer of Blow Fill Seal machinery for the aseptic primary packaging of pharmaceutical solutions. SYFPAC machines work on the BFS technology and are meant for filling parenteral solutions at high speed: - Small Volume for vials and ampoules from 0.2 to 20 ml - Large Volume for bottles from 50 to 1000 ml- Prefilled Syringes from 0.2 to 20 ml Blow Fill Seal technology is an advanced aseptic technology that delivers filled containers in a few seconds, starting from the polymer granule. The plastic container is formed, filled and sealed inside one machine, in a continuous process which is highly automated and performed under grade A conditions. At the same time, the machine is very compact and fits in a grade C or D clean room of only 36 m2. The modular moulds and the possibility to work with different polymers (PP, PE, LDPE, HDPE) are only two of the many factors that add to the extreme flexibility of this process. Brevetti Angela was founded more than 45 years ago in Arzignano, Italy, and today all activities still take place here: R&D, engineering, sales, manufacturing, assistance.
