Initially focused on event services, the business shifted to coconut shell charcoal production in 2023, becoming a significant player in global exports. With support from local government programs and CSR funding from PT Panca Amara Utama, the enterprise successfully exported its first 13-ton shipment of coconut shell charcoal to Sweden. The enterprise is a prime example of how village businesses can foster economic growth through innovative use of local resources and strong government-industry partnerships.
