The National Horticulture Board (NHB), established in 1984, is an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India. Its main objective is to promote integrated development of the horticulture industry in India. NHB implements various schemes to support production, post-harvest management, and marketing of horticultural products. The Board aims to enhance horticultural growth, increase productivity, and support farmers with infrastructure and financial assistance.
