Optimal for the dairy industry is a level filler and waterfall cap sorter and elevator. Our level fillers, available in four configurations, have speeds ranging from 30 cpm to around 360 cpm and offer multiple filling valve selections for increased customization. All Federal level fillers are recognized for their dependable machine performance in demanding environments while maintaining high sanitary standards represented by its 3-A certification. The cap sorter/elevator is the perfect solution for milk containers as it combines cap sorting and elevating into one. The following net weight machines―with non-contact filling accuracy of up to ± 0.1%―headed for the exhibition include Bulk-Fil™ and Simpl-Fil™. The Bulk-Fil™ system integrates full or semi-robotic technology and offers a high degree of container flexibility including large totes or drums. Designed or smaller batches, the Simpl-Fil™ advanced HMI contains a product recipe system that includes up to 100 product and container recipes, increasing machine versatility. All Federal filling systems are engineered with a focus on accuracy, cleanability, quick changeover, and low maintenance.
