ILSI Korea, established in 1995, is the Korean branch of the International Life Sciences Institute (ILSI). It brings together experts from industry, academia, and government to address public health challenges related to nutrition, food safety, and environmental health. ILSI Korea conducts scientific research, organizes symposia, and provides technical support for the recognition of functional food ingredients.
