Established in 2002, the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA) is the nodal body of culinary professionals in India. It is an independent, apolitical, non-religious, and voluntary organization formed to develop the culinary profession and showcase Indian cuisine on the global platform. IFCA promotes culinary knowledge, propagates various kinds of food, and brings obscure culinary styles and practices to the forefront. It serves as a forum dedicated to connecting culinary professionals across India with the knowledge they need to succeed.
