Since 1973, Malpack has undergone remarkable changes, evolving from a plastic bag manufacturer to a leader in sustainable extrusion, manufacturing, and conversion of flexible packaging solutions. Recently, we have invested $60 million to enhance our equipment, infrastructure, and technology with a responsibility to lead the plastic industry into circularity with sustainable, innovative, and high-performance film solutions. In March 2023, Trioworld acquired Malpack. Together, now operating as Trioworld North America, we provide a broad range of Lean reduced, and Loop recycled plastic solutions, expanding into sustainable Industrial solutions starting with Agriculture Film, Stretch Hood, and Timber Cover Film. Our ongoing commitment to sustainable flexible packaging solutions offers you a competitive edge by: Over the next five years, we plan to undergo even more remarkable change by elevating our operations by constructing a 'Mega Site' with space for nine additional extrusion lines featuring cutting-edge technology. This strategic investment will position our capacity to produce blown film, allowing our Ajax plant to manufacture agricultural bale wraps and stretch hoods locally.
