The Ministère des Ressources Animales et Halieutiques (MIRAH) is the official government ministry of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast) responsible for the strategic development, regulation, and governance of the nation’s livestock, animal husbandry, aquaculture, and fisheries sectors.
