Established in 1962, Pacific provides both high-performance rotary filling systems as well as value priced and versatile inline filling systems for leading manufacturers worldwide. Our filling capabilities accommodate a wide range of free-flowing liquids and semi-viscous products including salad dressings, sauces, beverages, automotive fluids, personal care products, and household cleaning products as well as highly viscous products including mayonnaise, peanut butter, grease, and spackling compound, among others. Pacific’s filling technologies include volumetric time + pressure for rotary machines and volumetric pump and flow meter for inline machines. Pacific has multiple high-tech machines in its lineup guaranteed to be highlights at PACK EXPO. Our newest machine, Intelli-Fil C Series Walking Beam Filler, offers a precise and cost-effective solution for retail-sized containers at 60-200 CPM. This inline filler also requires less container handling equipment and fewer wear parts in comparison to traditional piston fillers. For volumetric filling, our customizable Opti-Fil R Series machine is headed to the exhibition. Speeds of up to 600 CPM along with time and pressure orifice plate technology provide superior performance and high fill accuracy. Along with Pacific filling, PackWest capping solutions will also be presented at the show. In particular, attendees can see the inline Centurion Capper known for its extreme durability and efficiency. This capper can serve a wide variety of industries at speeds up to 250 CPM.
