Pres-On is a manufacturer of foam tapes and cap liners in Bolingbrook, IL USA. With a wide selection of materials Pres-On excels in providing custom solutions. Pres-On's foam products are available in custom widths, length, and die-cut shapes. Applications are ideal for shipping protection, gap filling, and more. Some materials include neoprene, EPDM, polyester, polyether, polyethylene, polyurethane, silicone, Poron®, felt, etc. Materials available in tape rolls, spools, sheets, die-cut or kiss-cut gaskets. Pres-On's offers three cap liners services: cap liners in bulk, cap liner insertion, and cap liner extraction. Some cap liner materials available are heat induction foil seals, pressure seals, and foam seals. Pres-on offers standard and non-standard cap liners sizes from 15mm to 125mm. Furthermore, Pres-On has automatic cap liner insertion and extraction machines. The insertion machine can accommodate cap liners in all standard sizes. Some non-standard sizes may be available upon inquiry. The extraction machine can accommodate cap sizes from 33mm to 100mm. Hand insertion and extract is available for unique caps that are incompatible with our machines.
