Established in 2024, the South Kerman Date Export Consortium aims to promote the long-term development of date exports from South Kerman to global markets, ensuring the satisfaction of international traders. Supported by the Kerman Province Industrial Towns Company, the consortium unites several prominent companies in the date trade sector to enhance export, processing, and packaging operations with top-tier efficiency. With access to seven large, state-of-the-art cold storage facilities in the region, the consortium has the capacity to supply and export over 200, 000 tons of premium date varieties each year, including Klotte, Mozafati, Zahedi, Mordab Seng, and Rabi.
