THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO) Shamsul Shah Sulaiman, 52, obtained a Bachelor Degree in Technology Management from Open University of Malaysia, Diploma in Science from University Technology Mara. He started his career as Process Control Supervisor in Bard Malaysia Sdn Bhd from 1995. He then joined Silitek Corporation as Quality Assistant Engineer for 3 years before heading to Kuala Lumpur and joined Fujitsu Malaysia Spansion Inc in 2000 for 11 years. Having vast experience in Quality Assurance Division, his last position was the Senior Quality Engineer leading Quality team before Spansion Inc ceased operation in December 2011. He then decided to set up his own business, venturing into food industry. Shamsul Shah is holding a green belt of Six Sigma certification with Spansion Sigma College. Now he the CEO / Executive Director of Tishas Food Manufacturing Sdn Bhd, overseeing the entire business process and decision making of the company.
