Vikis Vodka is handmade and home made in the beautiful Blue Mountains Everything about our product is natural and sustainable. Our distillery runs on solar power. The ingredients are grown in Australia, and use old fashion single batch (secret) potato based recipes. Some recipes use botanicals, some are flavored, some use steeped teas, some use a combination of methods. The leftover 'wash' and even potato peels are composted back into my very healthy garden. Nothing is wasted
