Artglace is the Confederation of European Ice Cream Associations, dedicated to promoting artisanal gelato across Europe. They organize the European Artisanal Gelato Day, celebrated annually on March 24th, which is the only day that the European Parliament has dedicated to a food item. This event aims to enhance the appreciation of artisanal gelato, promote artisanal knowledge, and support the development of gastronomic traditions in the sector.
