Bodegas Ayuso was founded in 1947 by Fermín Ayuso Roig in Villarrobledo, an ideal location due to its climate and soil. The winery has grown into a reference of high quality and solidity in the wine market. In 1961, they began commercializing bottled wines aged in Bordeaux-type oak barrels, establishing the first aging facility in the region. The Estola brand, launched in 1965, was the first Reserve wine in La Mancha and quickly gained recognition. The winery combines tradition with modern technology in their 15, 000 m² facility, ensuring the highest quality of wines through advanced processes and sustainable practices.
