Founded in 2006 by David Tofterup and his family, Bodegas Trenza is a boutique winery located in Yecla, Spain. The winery focuses on creating high-quality wines that interweave different grape varieties, including Monastrell, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Tempranillo, and Garnacha, as well as white varieties like Albariño and Chardonnay. With a strong emphasis on sustainability, over 90% of their grapes are grown organically. The winery is renowned for its innovative approach and has received numerous awards for its wines, which are known for their complexity, personality, and expression of the terroir.
