Cantina Colli del Soligo, established in 1957, is located in the heart of the Prosecco region between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene in Veneto, Italy. The winery, a cooperative of over 600 members, produces a range of high-quality wines, focusing predominantly on Prosecco. With 1, 200 hectares of vineyards, approximately 85% of the grapes are Glera, the primary variety for Prosecco. The winery is known for its commitment to sustainability and traditional winemaking methods, producing DOC and DOCG wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region.
