Corporativo Copacigulf S.A. is an Ecuadorian company specializing in the purchase, commercialization, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies for the aquaculture industry, including balanced shrimp feed and shrimp larvae. Aquagold S.A., a subsidiary of Copacigulf, is dedicated to processing and exporting high-quality Ecuadorian shrimp. Established in 2022, Aquagold is constructing a state-of-the-art processing plant in Guayas, Ecuador, strategically located near shrimp farms and the main seaport. The plant will feature advanced machinery and freezing technologies to ensure products meet the highest quality standards. The corporate group operates 22 sustainably managed shrimp farms in Guayas, covering 9,124 hectares, with 6,000 hectares ASC certified, producing 170 million pounds of shrimp annually.
