DestilerÃas Xoriguer, located in Mahón, Spain, produces one of the oldest gins in the Mediterranean, using a traditional recipe dating back to the early 1700s. The gin is distilled in copper alembic stills over 250 years old and has earned the Geographical Indication distinction as 'Gin de Mahón.' The family-run business produces more than half a million bottles annually, which are sold in Spain and internationally, including the USA, France, Italy, Japan, Australia, Mexico, and New Zealand. The distillery recently introduced its first organic gin, adhering to sustainable and eco-friendly production practices.
