Enoteca Regionale Emilia Romagna is an association established in 1970 to promote and improve the regional wine production of Emilia Romagna. Officially recognized by the Emilia Romagna Region in 1978, the Enoteca represents over 200 members, including wine, balsamic vinegar, and spirits producers, as well as public bodies and regional sommelier associations. Located in the Sforza Castle of Dozza, the Enoteca serves as an ambassador for the rich wine heritage of Emilia Romagna.
