The Global Seafood Alliance (GSA) is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing responsible seafood practices through education, advocacy, and third-party assurances. GSA operates the Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) and Best Seafood Practices (BSP) certification programs, promoting environmental responsibility, social accountability, food safety, and animal health and welfare within the seafood industry. GSA has expanded its presence in China through partnerships with organizations like the China Aquatic Products Processing and Marketing Alliance (CAPPMA) and by hosting events such as the annual China Seafood Summit.
