ITALMOPA, established in 1958, is the exclusive Italian association representing the milling industry, encompassing both soft wheat and durum wheat milling sectors. The association's primary objectives include safeguarding the industry's interests, promoting technical and economic development, and providing consultancy services to its members. ITALMOPA is a member of the General Confederation of Italian Industry and the Italian Food Industry Federation (Federalimentare).
