Maronti S.A. is a family-owned Argentine company specializing in fish processing since 1958. Operating its own fleet, including vessels like Andrés Jorge, Mimhima Maru 8, and Arbumasa XXIX, Maronti S.A. processes approximately 7,000 tons of raw material annually, exporting to markets in China, Thailand, South Korea, and other regions. In 2020, the company inaugurated a 10,000-square-meter processing plant with a 4,000-ton capacity, adhering to international standards such as HACCP. Maronti S.A. generates around 120 direct jobs and numerous indirect jobs in ports, logistics, and local processing plants.
