Established in 1953, the National Research Development Corporation (NRDC) is a Government of India enterprise under the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research, Ministry of Science and Technology. NRDC's primary objective is to promote, develop, and commercialize technologies developed in national R&D institutions, universities, and other research bodies. The corporation plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between research and industry by providing services such as technology licensing, intellectual property management, and project consultancy.
