Since 1984, the Fontana family has been processing hazelnuts cultivated in Piedmont, particularly in the Alta Langa region. They exclusively handle the 'Tonda Gentile Trilobata' variety, known as 'Nocciola Piemonte IGP' and 'Nocciola Piemonte IGP delle Langhe.' The company operates two shelling facilities and a dedicated plant for roasting, granulating, and pure hazelnut paste production, alongside the creation of semi-finished products and hazelnut-based creams.
