Palombini Caffè, founded in the 1940s by Giovanni Palombini, is a historic coffee roasting company based in Rome, Italy. In 2016, Palombini was acquired by Daroma (part of the Soimar Group), which expanded its production capabilities and integrated modern technology while maintaining traditional roasting methods. Today, Palombini Caffè serves both the domestic and international markets, including partnerships in Germany, Iran, and South Korea.
