Mangagoy Farmers Fisherfolks and Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative (MAFFISCO-MPC) is a community-based cooperative enterprise located in Mangagoy, Bislig City, Surigao del Sur, Philippines. It is one of the leading cooperative-run tuna processors in the Caraga region and a key player in community-driven agribusiness development.
Founded in 1995, MAFFISCO-MPC was established to uplift the livelihoods of farmers and fisherfolk in Mangagoy and surrounding barangays. Over the years, it has expanded its operations to include food processing, microfinance, and agricultural trading. The cooperative operates as a legally registered entity under the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and holds a License to Operate (LTO) from the Philippine Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
As of 2023, the cooperative has over 2,000 active members and is recognized as a key beneficiary and implementer of government-backed livelihood projects in the Caraga region.
